Our Story

SINCE 1993

Established in 1993, Bakery Nakamura has been a cornerstone of the J-Town Japanese Shopping Centre for over 30 years. Our mission has always been simple: to bring the authentic taste of a Japanese neighborhood bakery to Markham.

Every bun, cake, and pastry is handcrafted using traditional methods. We prioritize quality ingredients and maintain a strict chemical-free policy for all our products.
